  1. My experience with JKH-gtv brokerage in 2024 was nothing short of disappointing. Their customer service left a lot to be desired, often leaving me on hold for extended periods and giving off an air of indifference to my concerns. Additionally, their platform was not user-friendly. It had frequent system crashes, and the information was not always up-to-date, affecting decision making for trades. Also, they promised low fees but later slammed me with hidden charges. Transparency was sorely lacking. Overall, this firm needs massive improvements in various areas to meet the standard expected in this industry. I would not recommend their services.
