  1. I had a disappointing experience with Finsa Investment Limited. From the start, I felt that their customer service was lacking – they were unresponsive, and when I did eventually manage to get in touch with someone, they were unable to satisfactorily answer my queries. The trading conditions were vague and not clearly stated, which I found concerning. Information about spreads, commissions, and relevant fees were not clearly communicated, which left me feeling insecure about dealing with them. The platform was also not user-friendly, making the trading experience cumbersome. I also found numerous hidden charges which were not initially disclosed. I would not recommend Finsa Investment Limited due to these significant issues.
