  2. I must express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by the Bridger Group in 2024. Communication with the company was poor, with queries and emails often going unanswered for many days, causing undue frustration. Also, their online trading platform was frequently down during peak trading hours, thus missing critical trading opportunities. Lastly, the commissions fees were pretty high compared to industry standards, with no apparent added value for such rates. Of particular concern was the lack of transparency and support faced in trying to resolve these issues. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I will not recommend their brokerage services.
