Review and feedback on TIK. Next-generation investment project or a scam?

The Uniqueness of Grupo TIK Fraud

The TIK group of companies presented itself as a unique investment platform that uses MLM and blockchain technology. According to the official website, the organization aims to create the best conditions for partners and project participants.

It is obvious that behind the project is another financial pyramid, access to which is provided by invitation only. It is necessary to study the facts related to this project to reach a fair verdict.

Myth debunked: a slice of facts

The Grupo TIK website is an exact replica of Trust Invest Capital, as confirmed by customer reviews. Currently, the predecessor’s website, which is a fraudulent platform, is inactive due to expiration.

Although the ti.capital website itself is not indexed, screenshots show similarities between these fraudulent projects.

The primary shareholder of TIK is Mutuev Kamalutdin Tagirovich from the village of Karamakhi in Dagestan. Until 2019, he had no experience in investments or cryptocurrency. Karamakhi is a small village with a population of 4,500 people, the majority of whom are Dargins, including many former militants and criminals.

Under his leadership are:

  • OOO Yug-Spektr with an authorized capital of 10,000 rubles, specializing in equipment production for the textile industry;
  • PKP Autotik, dealing in automobile trading;
  • PKP TIK, engaged in financial activities (established in December 2019).

The OGRN of the last two organizations is reflected on the ti.capital website. From the EGRUL report, it is evident that PKP TIK paid state duty as early as the beginning of 2019.

Furthermore, these companies do not have a license from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, making their activities illegal. Promises of seven licenses and patents on the ti.capital platform are empty words.

Scammers plan to establish a new organization, PKP TIKDOM, for money laundering through real estate. Victims cannot reach the customer support service as the contact numbers are temporarily unavailable, and social media widgets do not function. The only available means of contact is a postal address used for collecting personal data.

What do they offer?

The group’s website does not contain a user agreement, providing no payout guarantees. By depositing funds into this investment platform, you risk losing your money.

Scammers do not specify concrete figures and investment conditions, meaning they determine the amount on the fly depending on the situation.

Among the offerings:

  • The “Money-Money” program, offering investments in profitable projects with a promise of dividends;
  • The “Money-Goods” program, which promises the purchase of equipment, automobiles, real estate with minimal markups, and even in installments;
  • The Ocean Pay stocks program (currently only announced);
  • The “Business-Money” or “Business-Product” program for corporate clients.

In addition, there is an offer to use Multipass and Cryptocean wallet. Reviews show that scammers distribute malware that can threaten your confidential information and personal data.

Definition of Grupo TIK

The TIK group of companies is a typical scam by Dagestani criminals. The slogan “Different people – one goal” on ti.capital carries a hidden meaning; defrauded investors have already understood this. No matter which investment program you choose, you will still lose. Conscienceless swindlers are robbing people without remorse.

  • I am extremely dissatisfied with the broker’s work because it feels more like a scam than a next-generation investment project.
