I had a disappointing experience with ProfiForex. Firstly, the customer service was subpar. I’ve had numerous issues with trading and whenever I reached out for support, the response time was slow and often unhelpful. The fees are also way higher than advertised and their platform is quite unstable, I have experienced multiple crashes and glitches. My withdrawals also took longer than promised with no clear communication, resulting in added frustration. For these reasons, I cannot recommend ProfiForex. They need to seriously improve their service.
My experience with ProfiForex was far from satisfactory. The customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful during times when I needed assistance. The broker showed inconsistencies in the trading platform, causing frequent glitches that affected my trading. Moreover, the hidden fees were a nasty surprise, drastically eating away my profits. The overall process was quite complicated and lacked transparency. There are many broker options out there, and I regret choosing ProfiForex. I do not recommend this broker at all.
