Upon analyzing the legal documentation of the pseudo-broker, it was revealed that the company Mitz Holdings Ltd is mentioned as the owner, registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines under number 25667. The veracity of this information cannot be confirmed, as there are no public registries of legal entities in that country. This lack of reliable regulation is why St. Vincent and the Grenadines do not enjoy the trust of respected regulators.
