  1. My experience with Garnet Invest has been nothing short of frustrating. The lack of transparency is really alarming. It’s 2023 and they’re still operating in the same outdated, obsolete manner. Their customer service is outright unresponsive most of the time. It took weeks for them to even respond to my query, and they didn’t give a satisfactory answer either.

    I feel like they take no initiative in making sure their customers are comfortable or well-informed about their investment. Information about fees, transaction charges, and other important details are subtly hidden in the fine print. The mobile app is poorly designed and crashes often.

    Garnet Invest surely needs to up their game if they want to retain customers in this highly competitive market. I have decided to switch to a more efficient, customer-centric broker and I strongly advise prospective investors to look elsewhere.

Their customer service is significantly lacking; it takes forever for them to reply to inquiries and when they do, it’s either generic or unhelpful information. The website is constantly glitching and is not user-friendly at all. Adding to this, my trades often got delayed due to their slow servers, which cost me crucial market opportunities. Moreover, the fees seem to be higher compared to other brokers that offer far more advanced and reliable services. I feel Garnet Invest is simply not providing the level of service that should reasonably be expected in 2023. Definitely won’t recommend.
