  1. I’m deeply disappointed with my experience using Finvalley as a broker. Firstly, their customer service is abysmal; they are non-responsive and unhelpful when encountered with queries or problems. Their platform is also not user-friendly or intuitive, which necessitated a steep learning curve for use. To make matters worse, there are frequent technical glitches that prevented me from executing critical trades at crucial moments, leading to significant losses. In terms of fees, Finvalley is noticeably higher than its competitors, yet they do not provide services commensurate to these elevated costs. Overall, I had a frustrating and dissatisfactory experience with Finvalley and do not recommend their services.
