The customer service was severely lacking, with multiple attempts to contact them resulting in delayed responses, and sometimes no response at all. I was also disappointed by the withdrawal process, it took an unreasonably long time and felt unnecessarily complicated. On top of that, their platform was buggy and consistently lagged during the most crucial trading times, leading to losses on my end. I felt like the broker didn’t provide adequate educational resources for trading, which would have been very beneficial. I do not recommend FinmaxFX and will look for a more reliable and user-friendly broker in the future.
