My experience with FortFS broker was anything but positive. Despite their flashy website and seemingly attractive services, I was deeply disappointed by their lack of customer support and transparency. Communication was nearly impossible, with delayed responses and vague replies. I also encountered multiple hidden charges that were never clarified until until after transactions were completed. Trading platform was not user-friendly and often prone to glitches. Moreover, I noticed some discrepancies in their advertised spreads and the actual ones. I would advise anyone considering this broker to proceed with extreme caution or better yet, seek out more reliable alternatives. There’s a lot to be desired with FortFS broker and they need significant improvements to warrant a satisfactory rating.
