Expert analysis of Royal Trust Group: overview of key features, reviews
When there are no reviews about a broker on the Internet, it should raise doubts about its reliability and long-term presence in the financial markets. Take Royal Trust Group, for example. This company claims to have a decade of experience and numerous awards, but there are no mentions of it on external websites. Why is that? Reviews simply haven’t been written yet, as we are dealing with a fresh scam from serial fraudsters. We will discuss the typical signs that expose Royal Trust Group’s typical scam in an independent review.
What facts are known about the managing company Royal Trust Group?
Traditionally, let’s start the review by examining the facts about the company that manages the broker. Let’s see if it has its legal documents in order. The official website states that the company’s actual office is located in Cyprus, but the parent company NIO Markets Ltd is registered in an offshore zone. The legal address is stated as: Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre (Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines). Firstly, these coordinates are used by many financial fraudsters, so they are definitely fake. Secondly, being registered in offshore zones indicates the company’s reluctance to operate within legal boundaries.
Based on our experience in preparing reviews, we know that the registry of legal entities in St. Vincent and the Grenadines is closed. It is impossible to verify the authenticity of Royal Trust Group’s claims! It was also found that the broker’s payment agent is WINIDEA LIMITED (registration certificate number – NO 406635). This is a Cypriot company that was established in February 2020. During the review, we discovered that the same company is listed as the payment agent for the pseudo-broker UniCapitals, which has received numerous negative reviews.
The fact that we are dealing with serial fraudsters is also evidenced by the client agreement. Royal Trust Group simply copied the contract offer text from their colleagues. The content even mentions another shady business – royaltrades.de. Obviously, the scam project creators hastily put it together and didn’t even bother to work on the documents.
What communication channels are available with support: contact review
In addition to the fake address in Cyprus, the fraudsters at Royal Trust Group provide several channels for communicating with support:
- feedback form,
- email address: [email protected],
- phone number: +41 22 307 03 25,
It’s hard to understand why an offshore company with an office in Cyprus has a Swiss phone number. Moreover, it is impossible to reach them through it. We tried to ask some questions to the company’s staff, but it was futile. No one answered the phone. However, we refrained from contacting the provided email address or using the feedback form. Based on our experience in preparing previous reviews, we know that scammers often operate in the darknet and profit from selling personal information.
How does registration on the Royal Trust Group website proceed: algorithm review
To create an account on the Royal Trust Group platform, you need to click on the Register button located in the site’s header. An application form will open, where you need to enter the following information:
- first name,
- last name,
- email address,
- phone number,
- password (twice).
The broker requires each client to agree to the terms of accessing the platform and the rules for fund withdrawals. Despite these documents having no legal force, as Royal Trust Group is nothing more than an offshore dump, we recommend reading them. You will understand that the company never intended to act honestly. Proving your point will be impossible, leaving only room for angry reviews and lamenting your fate.
