Errante claims to be the best intermediary for trading on financial markets, but many users believe it is a scam. The organization seems more interested in its profit than in the well-being of its clients. In this analysis, we will look more closely at this situation.
Investigating Errante online
Errante has a multilingual website, although the translation into Russian is not perfect. It is visually apparent that the company has not paid much attention to the design of the website. According to the domain history, the project was launched in June 2019.
Roskomnadzor has already blocked access to errante.eu on suspicions of fraud. Dishonest individuals created a backup option – errante.net. However, this online resource is also on the list of banned websites in the Russian Federation.
There is almost no public information about the leaders, probably because the scammers preferred to maintain their anonymity. They did not even bother to translate internal documents from English because they contain extremely unfavorable conditions. For example, the company refuses to take responsibility for user losses, does not guarantee the reliable operation of the platform, and has the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement at any time.
Regarding contact information, scammers suggest communicating with support via email, phone, or a feedback form. Users note that company employees only engage in communication as long as it is profitable for the company.
Legal situation
According to the official version, the Errante Global brand belongs to the Errante Global company, officially registered in Cyprus. A Whois check confirmed that the website domain belongs to this company. Although information about the Cysec license (number 383/20) is not entirely reliable. In fact, this document was issued not by Errante Global but by Notely Trading Ltd.
The Central Bank of Russia has repeatedly warned Russian traders to ensure the legality of the broker’s activities in accordance with local legislation. For example, the intermediary must go through registration in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, obtain approval to join a self-regulatory organization, successfully pass the check of the Central Bank of Russia, and obtain a license.
Given the Roskomnadzor blockage of Errante’s websites, this company is virtually impossible to be legal in Russia. Naturally, it is not included in the list of approved companies by the Bank of Russia.
Trading conditions
Many users note that Errante offers a demo account and an educational platform. However, this is a common setup for scammers. To start real trading on currency pairs, stocks, indices, commodities, and energy sources, you only need to deposit 50 dollars. The official software is MT5 (desktop, web-based, and mobile versions).
The company offers four tariff plans:
- Standard. Initial deposit – 50 dollars. They promise zero commissions, spreads from 1.8 points, leverage 1:30, stop losses 50%,
- Premium. To activate this account, you need to deposit at least 1,000 dollars. Characteristics include spreads from 1 point,
- VIP. Minimum deposit – 5,000 dollars. Additionally: spreads from 0.8 points, maximum trade volume – 80 lots (previously – 50),
- Individual. Minimum deposit – 15,000 dollars. Features include spreads from zero, trading commissions not specified, maximum trade volume determined by the investor.
Errante does not provide clear explanations regarding profit withdrawal, indicating dishonesty. Users note the lack of financial discipline in the company.
Real picture based on reviews
Scammers abuse trust and apply blatant blackmail. They give false advice, causing clients to lose money and eventually convincing them to invest new funds for “recovery.” This leads to serious losses.
How they scam
Errante are experienced scammers who know how to lure large sums from novice traders. Initially, starting cooperation with them seems safe, but later it turns out that to get optimal conditions and training, you need to deposit much more money, as well as pay for insurance. When investors realize they have fallen into a trap and try to recover their funds, their attempts lead to the account being blocked.
Issues with Errante
Errante scammers have created several clones of their website to circumvent blocks, but they have not escaped punishment. Due to the high number of negative reviews and the lack of legal basis for operation in Russia, Russian traders are better off avoiding such cooperation. Save your funds and stay vigilant!
I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Errante. Not only was the customer service poorly managed and unresponsive, but there were multiple instances of unauthorized transactions carried out from my account, which the broker failed to address adequately. Additionally, the platform had severe technical glitches, creating constant obstacles to efficient trading. It was difficult to withdraw funds and the broker charged exorbitant fees without any proper justification. Overall, I found Errante to be neither safe nor reliable. Investing with them was a mistake I regret deeply. Proceed with caution or ideally, find another, more transparent and customer-friendly platform.
