I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience with the cryptocurrency exchange POLYX. The platform itself suffers from a multitude of technical issues such as frequent downtime that negatively affects trading, especially during critical market fluctuations. Customer service was practically non-existent, taking days to simply acknowledge my problems and providing no effective solutions. Transaction fees are unreasonably high and not clearly communicated, leading to unpleasant surprises. In addition, the security of the site is a big concern. I received numerous attempts of unauthorised access to my account, which raises questions about how POLYX handles user data and privacy. Overall, I would not recommend this exchange to anyone due to the severe lack of reliability, opaque fee structure and concerning security practices.
