Detailed review and analysis of ACTIVTRADES: trader reviews

ActivTrades is an international brokerage company focused on investors from various European countries, including France, Italy, Spain, and Germany. The broker is registered in Germany and is licensed by the FCA under number 434413.

The company emphasizes transparency, absence of commissions, wide range of instruments, low spreads, provision of advisors, and 24/7 support in 13 languages. However, according to investor reviews, there are certain issues:

  • The spread often turns out to be wider than stated by the company.
  • The trade does not always open with the help of an advisor.
  • The email about the closure of the demo account comes to the terminal, which is inconvenient for users.
  • The support service may take a long time to respond.
  • The demo account does not reflect the real trading conditions in the market.

A detailed examination of additional conditions and the overall rating of ActivTrades will help you decide whether to open a deposit with this company or turn to other brokers.

For example, the SmartOrder 2 tool speeds up work with MT4 and MT5, and SmartPattern automatically highlights graphical figures on your charts.

  • I had a very disappointing experience with ACTIVTRADES. Regardless of their seemingly promising platform, their customer service left a lot to be desired. It felt like they were more interested in taking my money than helping me succeed in trading. Navigating through their platform was also a nightmare, as it was riddled with technical glitches and slow load times. Unfortunately, they also lack transparency when it comes to their fees. No matter how many times I’ve asked for a detailed breakdown, my requests were ignored or just poorly answered. It’s very clear to me that profit is all they care about. My advice is to stay clear of ACTIVTRADES unless you want to deal with constant frustration and profit loss.
