My experience with ChargeBack Express was far from satisfactory. The company promised fast results and an easy solution to retrieving lost funds, however they simply did not deliver. The process they claimed to be streamlined was instead an interminable loop of phone calls, emails, and hollow assurances. They lacked transparency and gave me a sense of being disoriented rather than providing clear-cut answers and updates. Moreover, their service fees were exorbitantly high. The overall customer service was unsatisfactory as issues raised were either dealt with lethargically or ignored altogether. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services as I found them to be unreliable and inefficient.
