  2. My experience with CBM Group has been nothing short of disastrous. The customer service is grossly inadequate – unprofessional, unresponsive and unreliable. My questions often go unanswered and when I do receive a response, it is vague and unhelpful. On top of this, I’ve experienced a constant barrage of hidden fees that were not explicitly outlined upon initial agreement. The withdrawal process is harrowingly slow and tedious, keeping my funds tied up for longer than necessary. The platform itself is not user-friendly, often lagging and crashing at crucial trading moments. I’m massively disappointed with CBM Group and wouldn’t recommend its services to anyone.
