I’m terribly disappointed with my experience with NinjaTrader. From the outset, their platform felt outdated and barely user-friendly. Navigating through their dashboard and trying to understand the various metrics and indicators was challenging even for someone like me who has a reasonable experience in trading. Furthermore, their customer service absolute nightmare. When I tried to reach out for assistance, oftentimes, they were either unresponsive or simply lacked the knowledge and competence to resolve the issues I was experiencing. Even the speed of their servers was frustratingly slow, leading to a lag in trading which is simply unacceptable in this day and age. In terms of trading costs, NinjaTrader is not competitive at all. Their fees are significantly higher compared to other brokers, which seriously impacts the profitability of my trades. It’s safe to say that my experience with NinjaTrader was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend it to anyone serious about trading.
