  1. I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Blacklands Finance Limited. Their customer service was horrendous, with unresponsive representatives and unjustifiably long hold times on calls. Not only was their response time appalling, but the information shared was often conflicting and confusing, reflecting a clear lack of training and professionalism. I also found their lack of transparency concerning fees distressing. Hidden charges were slipped into transactions without prior notifications. Furthermore, their online trading platform was frequently down, constraining me on crucial trading days. All in all, my experience with Blacklands Finance Limited in 2022 was disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend their services.
