  1. My interaction with Promarket utterly underwhelmed me. Communication was poor and unclear, often resulting in misunderstood instructions and mismanaged funds. The fees and costs were substantially higher than other brokers I’ve dealt with. Worst of all were the response times—the broker’s supposed “24/7 customer service” was frequently unresponsive, leaving urgent issues unresolved. My financial objectives were not met and I felt my investment portfolio was not handled with the professional care it required. I’d highly advise looking elsewhere for brokerage services.
