  1. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Investro Company. As a broker, the customer service was abysmally poor. Despite providing ample documentation and evidence, it took several weeks to settle my accounts. Their communication was lackluster and the answers I received to my queries felt canned and impersonal. The hidden charges that kept creeping up were a shock and made me question their transparency. My account manager seemed disinterested and unresponsive, constantly evading my questions surrounding my investments. Ultimately, the entire experience was disconcerting and full of hassle, making me wish I had chosen a different company to handle my investments.
