  1. I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience with Grossfield Limited. Their level of customer service in 2023 was an absolute disgrace. My broker lacked both effective communication and understanding of the market trends. Despite several efforts to raise my concerns, I only received delayed responses and ineffective solutions. Their online platform was glitchy and cumbersome to use. The supposedly competitive rates turned out to be false advertising, as hidden charges popped up frequently. I expected a seamless experience, instead, I found myself struggling with constant stress due to their incompetence. I won’t be using Grossfield Limited services again.
