  1. My experience with Lloyds Markets in 2023 can only be described as frustrating and unsatisfactory. Firstly, their customer service is extremely poor- representatives were consistently unresponsive and unable to provide clear answers to my queries. I also encountered numerous issues with their trading platform, it was often down and displayed incorrect data. Most concerning, however, was an incident involving a significant delay in executing a sell order, which resulted in a painful financial loss for me. Transferring funds was a tedious process as well as it often took several days for the money to be credited. Overall, my experience with Lloyds Markets was far from the quality expected of a reputed brokerage, leaving me disappointed and unsatisfied.
